Designation of origin
Brilliant straw yellow color with slight greenish hues.On the nose it appears exuberant in its olfactory complexity. Delicate floral notes of acacia, yellow wild flowers and broom find the right balance with light balsamic and mentholated sensations typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
On the finish, fermentative notes of exotic fruit and ripe yellow- fleshed fruit are enhanced.
On the palate it is lively in its evident acidic vein which leaves room for salty memories typical of coastal wines.
The sip is full and deep and the persistence of the taste sensations leaves no room for hesitations in their taste-olfactory coherence
