Organic Sicilian almonds are a 100% natural product grown and processed according to techniques that respect our health and that of the world in which we live. Certification is a fundamental guarantee for the final consumer and represents our commitment towards more eco-sustainable and eco-compatible forms of production.
NA.mA almonds are 100% natural: no chemical products are used either on the trees or on the fruits. The harvest takes place manually between July and August.
NA.mA’s organic shelled almonds have all the qualities of Sicilian almonds to which is added further control by certification bodies aimed at guaranteeing the final consumer that our almonds come from organic farming.
Our Organic Sicilian Almonds are ready to be used in a thousand different ways in the kitchen: they can be chopped and reduced to grains, in addition to a first course of pasta or second courses. They are also perfect for desserts, for the preparation of biscuits, almond paste , martorana fruit, nougats, granitas, and much more.
NA.mA carefully selects the best almonds, and after having dried them in the hot summer sun and then shelled them, they are packaged using the vacuum method, so as to guarantee the consumer an always fresh and fragrant product.
Organic Certification
Being certified organic means that our controls are added to those carried out by bodies responsible for controlling the entire production chain: from the raw material to the packaged product.
