Our 100% Peranzana oil with a suave and elegant taste, extremely versatile. Excellent raw on vegetables and salads, also remarkable on meat and fish. Its persistent and aromatic taste gives it an unmistakable flavor.
Medium green in color, fluid in appearance, full-bodied and clean. It presents distinct leaf and berry scents and unusual tomato notes. The taste shows notes of bitter vegetable and artichoke, with a spicy note of black pepper.
